I am a seasoned psychotherapist who brings more than 40 years of immersion in spiritual practice, including mindfulness-based meditation, yoga, and non-dual teachings and inquiry. I also bring in the science of neuroplasticity — knowledge about how old patterns can change because of the brain’s inherent flexibility/changeability.

 

Emotional eating, eating disorders, relational issues, and spiritual concerns have long been among my healing specialties.
